11.7 Temperature sensor
11.7.1 Temperature sensor signal chain
The device includes an independent temperature sensor for each channel for signal
compensation. The output of the channel 0 temperature sensor is provided for user
readability. A simplified block diagram is shown in Figure 54. Temperature sensor
parameters are specified in Section 10.5 and Section 10.18.
