4 = BLKPKDETH of channel A

5 = BLKPKDETL of channel A

6 = PWR Det[0] of channel A

7 = PWR Det[1] of channel A (2-bit mode)

8 = FOVR of channel A

9-17 = Repeat outputs 0-8 but for channel B instead
