To successfully complete SSP programming, the user’s software must following the steps below:

1. Disable interrupt;

2. Fill in the XPAGE, IB_OFFSET for the corresponding address;

3. Fill in IB_DATA if programming is wanted;

4. Fill in IB_CON1-5 sequentially;

5. Add 4 nops for more stable operation;

6. Code/Data programming, CPU will be in IDLE mode;

7. Go to Step 2 if more data are to be programmed;

8. Clear XPAGE; enable interrupt if necessary.

SH79F082 has an unchanged 8bit random code, witch is a random data from 0 to 255. It can not be erased, but can be read

by program or programmer.

12 Flash Access Control Register

When read random code, first, set FAC as 1, make DPTR equal “007FH” and clear A, then read it by the instruction of

“MOVC A, @A+DPTR”.

Note:

Note: random code is not at program ROM. Instruction access random code or program ROM is judge by the bit of FAC. So

after read ramdom code make sure FAC equal 0, otherwise the program read error code.
