(1) The generated reference current can be observed at the TEST_MUX output pins. The target is 100 μA. These bits can be
used to tune the general reference back to target values, in case production parameters spread leads to strong deviation.
Further these bits can be used to reduce overall power consumption, though the reference voltages, (namely ADC zero
reference will drift from target values) and may have to be over driven to get proper operation at lower overall current.
