PM1 - PM4, Mother Board Connectors

These connectors which connect to their mates on the motherboard (hence their name) are 140 pin

inter-board, mail connectors made by Molex. These connectors are arranged in a quadratic shape,

this to provide the shortest PCB routes as possible. As can be seen from their mechanical assembly

shown in FIGURE 5-1 "Motherboard Connectors Mechanical Assembly" below - the connectors are

not set in a perfect symmetric shape, this, to prevent the possibility of daughter-board’s miss-inser-

tion.
