ratings are stress ratings only. Operation of the device at any condition outside those indi-

cated in the operational sections of these specifications is not implied. Exposure to abso-

lute maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. For

improved reliability, unused inputs must be tied to one of the supply voltages (VDD or

VSS).
