LVDS I/O Output Buffer Impedance

The LVDS interface complies with TIA/EIA 644-A standard. See, TIA/EIA STANDARD 644-A,

“Electrical Characteristics of Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) Interface Circuits” for details.
