21 / 50 page  FS98O02 Rev.1.5 21/50 regulated power supply input after turn off EN_VDDA and EN_VDDAPU. The default of the EN_VDDAPU is turned on to enable the pull-high circuit to pull high the VDDA to VDD when regulator is turned off. After turning on the regulator, the pull-high circuit will be turned off automatically until the regulator being turned off. If turn off the EN_VDDAPU, the VDDA pin will be floating when regulator is turned off. The typical capacitance for C3 is 1μF~10μF. For large load current, large capacitor should be used to increase the output voltage stability. Note. Except the VDDA pin is used for input, the EN_VDDAPU should be turn on（default）. 12.3 The FS98O02B Voltage Regulator The voltage regulator is used to regulate the voltage of the VDD to analog power supply, VDDA. VDDA is the power supply voltage for analog circuit and LCD driver. Voltage Regulator C3 1μF EN_VDDA VDD EN_VS EN_VDDAPU EN_VDDA25 EN_VDDA Figure 12-3: The FS98O02B Voltage Regulator When EN_VDDA = 1, the voltage regulator will be enabled and the VDDA is about VDD(max. 3.6V) when EN_VDDA25 = 0（default）or about 2.5V when EN_VDDA25 = 1. Otherwise VDDA can be used as external regulated power supply input after turn off EN_VDDA and EN_VDDAPU.
