SELF-CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
9.1 Method
Sensitivity of thermoelectric Heat Flux Sensor Sa:

thermal resistance of Sensor ; – averaged Seebeck coefficient for

datasheets and Specifications (Chapter 3. Specifications);
