PWM[1:2]_MAIN PWM outputs for main rail VR of Channel 1 and 2.

DRVEN_SET
Set DRVEN output function at PS4. Set to 5V DRVEN is floating, and set to
GND DRVEN is low at PS4.

PWM_AUXI
PWM outputs for auxiliary rail VR.

TSEN_AUXI
Thermal sense input for AUXI rail VR.

FB_AUXI
Negative input of the error amplifier. This pin is for auxiliary rail VR output
voltage feedback to controller.

RGND_AUXI
Return ground for auxiliary rail VR. This pin is the negative node of the
differential remote voltage sensing.

COMP_AUXI
Auxiliary rail VR compensation. This pin is error amplifier output pin.

VSEN_AUXI
Auxiliary VR voltage sense input. This pin is connected to the terminal of
Main VR output voltage.

ISENN_AUXI
Negative current sense input of single-phase auxiliary Rail.

ISENP_AUXI
Positive current sense input of single-phase auxiliary Rail.

IMON_AUXI
Auxiliary rail VR current monitor output. This pin outputs a voltage
proportional to the output current.

Thermal monitor output, this pin is active low.

VR and CPU data transmission interface.

Synchronous clock from the CPU.

VCCSA rail VR current monitor output. This pin outputs a voltage
proportional to the output current.

Positive current sense input of single-phase VCCSA rail VR.

Negative current sense input of single-phase VCCSA rail VR.

VREF06/PSET
Fixed 0.6V output reference voltage. This voltage is used to offset the output
voltage of IMON pin. Between this pin and GND must be placed a exact
0.47
F decoupling capacitor and 3.9 resistor.

COMP_SA
VCCSA rail VR compensation. This pin is error amplifier output pin.

RGND_SA
Return ground for VCCSA rail VR. This pin is the negative node of the
differential remote voltage sensing.

FB_SA
Negative input of the error amplifier. This pin is for VCCSA rail VR output
voltage feedback to controller.
