use,whichisdeterminedbyconfiguringthecorrespondinghighspeedoscillatorenablecontrolbit.

Therearesixdifferentmodesofoperationforthemicrocontroller,eachonewithitsown
specialcharacteristicsandwhichcanbechosenaccordingtothespecificperformanceand
powerrequirementsoftheapplication.Therearetwomodesallowingnormaloperationofthe
microcontroller,theNORMALModeandSLOWMode.Theremainingfourmodes,theSLEEP,
IDLE0,IDLE1andIDLE2ModeareusedwhenthemicrocontrollerCPUisswitchedofftoconserve
power.
