GND Loss Comparators
Ground loss comparators are monitored against latent fault through analog self-test. Self-test is automatically
performed after analog trimming data download from EEPROM has been completed. In case of fault the
dedicated warning flag is set to “high” in the Temperature sensor register. Structure of the analog self test is
shown in the next figure.
