The writing of DIR bit and PWM bit cannot be done in the same time, at least two
consecutive MSC frames are necessary.(if done the stepper will move one step in the old
direction).
The writing of EN bit and PWM bit cannot be done in the same time, at least two
consecutive MSC frames are necessary. (If done it is supposed that only the EN bit has
been received).
