16 data bytes from this frame (data position is configurable) and update all duty cycle or

current values registers accordingly. The selection between duty cycle or current value

update is done by bit 6 of CAN ID field. The Chain ID and data position of each Responder

is configurable using broadcast initialization frame. Responder ID0 and Responder ID1 of

the same device have to be assigned to different Chain IDs. This means that it is not

possible to update all 32 channels by single broadcast frame.

Broadcast frames

6.5.1

Frame format

Broadcast frames are transmitted to all Responders in the network. The broadcast frame

contains in its ID the number of the chain that is addressed. Each Responder belonging to

this chain picks its data from the maximum 64 bytes transferred by this frame. Each

L99LDLH32 device can pick 16 bytes of data. The position from where it picks the data is

defined during Chain Initialization.
