The device lid shows the following laser-marking:

Pin 1 identifier

Date code

Bosch logo / vent hole / last 3 digits of part ID (TTN)

Lot ID

The vent hole (diameter 0.5mm) is in the center of the lid, between the Bosch logo and the part

ID code (144).

5.4 Tape on reel

Number of parts per reel: 3,000

Orientation of the parts inside the reel is according to EN60286-3.

Carrier tape material: Conductive polystyrene C 100,
