Case 2: VBAT ≥ VCL_LS - VCL_HS
At the turn-off, the evolution of the voltage across the inductor causes an increase of VDS
until VDS = VCL_LS. Then, the gate-drain clamp is activated (see Figure 5), like for a low-side
switch. VDS is maintained at VCL_LS = VZENER_HS + VF + VGS_TH.
Since VS = VBAT - VCL_LS > - VCL_HS, this prevents the activation of the gate-source clamp.

Case 2 corresponds to a demagnetization of the inductive load for VBAT ≥ 16 V for the
L99MC6 and for VBAT ≥ 36 V for the L9733.
