The default low-battery threshold voltage is –2.3V. If 9V battery is

I/O Positive connection for reference capacitor.

CREF-

I/O Negative connection for reference capacitor.

Integrator output. Connect to integral capacitor

Buffer output pin. Connect to integral resistor
