N: SOT-23-5 (Mini mold)

K: PLP1616-6

Stepwise setting with a step of 0.1V in the range of 1.2V to 4.0V is possible.

Exceptions 1.25V output type: R1182x121x5, 1.85V output type: R1182x181x5,

2.85V output type: R1182x281x5.

B: active high, without auto discharge function* at OFF state.

D: active high, with auto discharge function* at OFF state.
