Host Wake-up Function
TC35680/TC35681 can issue the signal to wake up the host CPU before they transmit a message through the UART interface.
This host wake-up function is disabled by default, but it can be assigned to a GPIO pin which is selected by a HCI command or
API.
The host wake-up time can be changed by a HCI command, API or register (the default is 10 ms).
This function is available in the Complete mode.
