Low voltage complementary power transistors

Features

■ Those devices are qualified for automotive

application

■ Low collector emitter saturation voltage

■ Surface-mounting TO-252 power package in

tape and reel

Applications

■ General purpose switching and amplifier

transistor

Description

The devices are manufactured in planar

technology with “base Island” layout. The

resulting transistor shows exceptional high gain

performance coupled with very low saturation

voltage.
