GND
Ground terminal.
2VIN
Supply voltage input. Positive input voltage of 2.7V to 8.0V.
3VOUT
Regulator voltage sense input. Connects to the collector of the external PNP pass transistor.

EXT
Base Drive for the external PNP pass transistor.

SHDN
Shutdown Input. The device is enabled when SHDN
≤ VIL. The device enters a low power
shutdown state when SHDN
≥ VIH. During shutdown, the output is disabled, and supply current
fallstolessthan 1
µA.
