RC5 encoder solution
RC5 encoding mechanism
Figure 11 on page 14 shows how the RC5 frame is generated. The described flowchart is
called during the TIM16 update interrupt routine.

In the Manchester encoding, a logic "0" is indicated by a 0 to 1 transition at the centre of the
bit and a logic "1" is indicated by a 1 to 0 transition at the centre of the bit. The Manchester
encoding rules are summarized in Figure 12.
