Turning on VDDQ, VTT and VTTREF (soft-start)
The VDDQ soft-start is divided into four steps. In each step, the current limit is increased by
¼ of the nominal value, as shown in Figure 15. VTT and VTTREF soft-starts are performed
at their maximum available current.
