Initial Launch of the ADS1299EEG FE Software

Launch ADS1299EEG FE software from the program menu. The software will load and begin downloading

firmware to the processor on data capture card (MMB0). Once the firmware is loaded and running, it will

cause the USB to re-enumerate.
