■ Integrated antiparallel collector-emitter diode

Applications

■ Linear and switching industrial equipment

Description

The devices are manufactured in planar

technology with “base island” layout and

monolithic Darlington configuration. The resulting

transistors show exceptional high gain

performance coupled with very low saturation

voltage.
