■ Integrated antiparallel collector-emitter diode

Applications

■ High ruggedness electronic ignitions

Description

The devices are bipolar Darlington transistors

manufactured using Multi-Epitaxial Planar

technology. They have been properly designed to

be used in automotive environment as electronic

ignition power actuators.
