with a PECL output.

• Solder pad compatible with many 9x14mm plastic

J lead packages.

• Has internal bypass capacitor on the Vcc lead

• Tape and Reel or cut tape packaging is available.

• 40 to 250 MHz

• 9.04mm x 8.91mm (S package)
