Handling
•Set to the input mode and connect each to Vcc or Vss through a resistor of 1 k
Ω
to 10 k
Ω.
•Set to the output mode and open at “L” or “H” level.
•Connect to Vss (GND).
•Open, only when using an external clock.
•Connect to VCC
•Open
•Connect each to Vss through a resistor of 1 k
Ω to 10 kΩ.
