0-10V Dimming Pin Input

The auxiliary sensor input (AUX) can be configured for 0-10V

analog sensing using a 5:1 resistor divider or can be configured

for digital sensing. Both types are common for external

occupancy sensors. If the AUX pin is not used, an external

resistor pull-up connecting it to VDD is recommended. Refer to

AS7211 User Guide as well as the ams Smart Lighting Command

document for additional usage and setup information.

External sensors with native support by the AS7211 can be

added via the I²C master interface for temperature, humidity,

ambient light and other types of sensing.
