Product Description
Tektronix TDS 310, TDS 320, and TDS 350 two channel oscilloscopes are digital signal
processors and are superb tools for displaying and measuring waveforms. Their perfor
mance addresses the needs ofboth benchtop lab and portable applications with the
following features.
H Two input channels, each with a record length of1,000 samples and 8bit vertical
resolution. Both channels acquire waveforms simultaneously.
H 1 Gigasample/second maximum sample rate (TDS 350); 500 Megasamples/second
maximum sample rate (TDS 320); 200 Megasamples/second maximum sample
rate (TDS 310).
H 200 MHz analog bandwidth and fastest time base setting of 2.5 ns/div (TDS 350);
100 MHz analog bandwidth and fastest time base setting of 5 ns/div (TDS 320);
50 MHz analog bandwidth and fastest time base setting of 10 ns/div (TDS 310).
H A full complement of advanced functions including onscreen readout, AUTOSET,
cursors, and continuously updated automatic measurements.
H Waveform averaging, waveform enveloping, and hardware peak detection.
H A unique graphical user interface (GUI) and a logical front panel layout which
combine to deliver the standard in usability pioneered by the TDS family of oscillo
scopes.
