PWTIME Register
The PWTIME is implemented using a down counter and starts
counting from very beginning of every proximity measurement
cycle including the initialization time. If enabled, PWTIME needs
to be programmed greater than proximity measurement time,
otherwise it's ignored.
PWTIME =Wait Cycles x 2.779ms.
If PWLONG is enabled, then
PWTIME = Wait Cycles x 2.779ms x 12.
Note that PWTIME is available in Full Parallel Mode and
Concurrent Mode, but ignored in Sequential Mode.
