Notes:

1. Output leakage is measured with the current pins in high impedance.

2. See USB 2.0 Specification for USB DC electrical characteristics.

3. RBIAS is a 3.3V tolerant analog pin.

CAPACITANCE TA = 25°C; fc = 1MHz; VDD33 = 3.3V
