Disable time versus REN and CEN values (VDD = 3.3 V) ) and it is the sum of the discharging and charging time of the CEN capacitor: Equation 2 (2) tDIS = tdischarge + tcharge Considering tdischarge is normally significantly lower than tcharge, its contribution is negligible and the disable time is almost equal to tcharge only: Equation 3 (3) tDIS≅REN×CEN×ln VDD−REN×IPD −VRELEASE VDD−REN×IPD −VIH Where VDD is the pull-up voltage of REN resistor.
