4. Place the feedback resistor as close to OVF

as possible to minimize the feedback

sampling loop in order to minimize the noise

coupling route.

5. With buck topology, since CS and GND are

switching nodes, the copper area connected

to these pins should be small to improve EMI

performance. Also, GND is used as a heat-

sink; a large copper area GND can improve

thermal performance, so you must make a

tradeoff

between

EMI

and

thermal

performance.
