Description
The IP2313 is a synchronous buck charging management IC designed for single-cell lithium batteries, featuring a 5V input and high VIN voltage tolerance.
By integrating power MOSFETs and utilizing a synchronous switching architecture, the IP2313 minimizes the need for external components, effectively reducing the overall solution size and BOM cost.
The IP2313’s synchronous buck charging converter operates at a frequency of 750 kHz and achieves a conversion efficiency of 93% with a 5V input and a 3.7V battery voltage.
With a 5V input, the IP2313 automatically adjusts the charging current to match the adapter's load capacity.
The IP2313 is available in an ESOP8 package.
